Cancellation and Refund Policy

Fix It Rob! for iPhone · Effective September 9, 2026

The short version: Rob Pro is sold only through Apple's App Store. Cancel any time in Settings on your iPhone, and you keep access until the period you already paid for runs out. Refunds are granted by Apple, not by us — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Cancel before your free trial ends and you are never charged.

How Rob Pro is sold

Every Rob Pro subscription is an Apple in-app purchase. Apple takes the payment, holds your payment details, issues the receipt, and handles renewals. We never see your card or bank details, and we do not operate any other way to pay for the app. Your purchase is also covered by Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Your free trial

Each Rob Pro subscription starts with a 3-day free trial, offered once per Apple ID across the whole Rob Pro group. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged anything. If you do not cancel, the subscription starts automatically at the price shown on the paywall when you signed up.

How to cancel

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Rob Pro.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Apple charges the renewal within the last 24 hours of a period, so a later cancellation takes effect only from the following period.

Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not end your current period: you keep everything Rob Pro unlocks until the date it was already paid through. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Refunds

Because Apple takes the payment, Apple decides refunds and we cannot issue one ourselves. We have no ability to reverse a charge, and any refund is granted at Apple's discretion under its own terms.

To ask for one:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID you bought with.
  2. Find the Fix It Rob! charge.
  3. Choose Request a refund and give your reason.

Apple usually replies within a few days. You can also ask through the App Store app, or by contacting Apple Support.

Apple does not normally refund the unused part of a subscription period that you cancel partway through. That is Apple's policy, not a separate rule of ours.

If Rob is not working

If the app is broken, if a scan failed and took a scan credit, or if you were charged for something you did not expect, email us first at support@fixitrob.app and tell us what happened. We will fix the problem where we can, and where a refund is warranted we will say so in writing that you can pass to Apple. We cannot make Apple grant it, but we will not stand in your way.

Price and plan changes

If we change the price of a subscription you already hold, Apple tells you in advance and asks you to agree before charging the new price. If you do not agree, the subscription simply stops renewing. Changing between the monthly and yearly plans takes effect through Apple according to which plan is higher in the Rob Pro group.

Ending your account

Deleting your account under Profile removes your data from our systems. It does not cancel your Apple subscription, and it does not trigger a refund. Cancel in Settings first, then delete the account, or you will keep being charged.

Questions

Email support@fixitrob.app. For anything about a charge, a receipt, or a refund decision, Apple is the one who can act, but write to us too if something about the app itself went wrong.
